Batterygenie DO NOT make money out of shipping costs. We offer some of the cheapest on-line mobile phone accessory shipping costs available from as little as 99p. We also ship all our sales the same day or following day depending on Purchase Time as detailed below.

SHIPPING TIME:

All orders purchased from Batterygenie will be shipped the same day if completed before mid-day or the following day if purchased later. We only ship goods from Monday - Friday therefore any goods purchased after mid-day on Friday will be shipped on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

SHIPPING METHOD:

All low value goods will be shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded service. We are not responsible for the delivery time of your goods but if not delivered within 7 days then you should contact us immediately. All orders over the value of £35 will be shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery or UPS.

All customers will receive a Shipping Notification Email when we have electronically moved the status of your order.
